Day 3

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for a day of sightseeing in Biloxi. We begin at the Biloxi Visitors Center, which opened in July 2011 in the shadow of the Biloxi Lighthouse on U.S. 90. The Visitors Center is a museum of sorts, housing nearly a dozen multi-media exhibits that tell the story of Biloxi, its people, its connection to the water and its cultural diversity. You'll find a gift shop offering all sorts of Biloxi memorabilia, with many of the items created by local artists and craftsmen. Among the attractions on the second floor is a 67-seat movie theater with continuous showings of the 10-minute film "We are Biloxi". Step out onto the second-floor porch, and you'll be eye level with the beacon of the Biloxi Lighthouse, enjoying the cool breezes off the Gulf of Mexico, and soaking up the panoramic view of the Biloxi beach and Mississippi Sound. Next we enjoy a guided tour of Beauvoir, The Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library. Jefferson Finis Davis was an American politician who served as President of the Confederation States of American for its entire history, 1861 to 1865, during the American Civil War. After our tour, we arrive at the Blow Fly Inn, a long-time Gulf Coast attraction! Relax in the quaint, comfortable atmosphere overlooking the peaceful Bayou Bernard while enjoying a delicious lunch. Following lunch, it's "All Aboard!" as we embark on the Biloxi Shrimping Trip experience. The cruise exposes us to the spectacular world of sea life - caught on a real shrimping expedition. The pride and heritage of Biloxi comes alive during this unique cruise, and you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about catching, cooking, and eating this delicious southern delicacy, Mississippi Gulf Coast style! After spending a full day touring Biloxi, we return to the casino resort where you will have time to sit and relax. Later enjoy dinner on your own, maybe take a walk on the Biloxi beach, or try your luck at exciting casino games!

Day 4

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for another day of sightseeing. We travel east across Interstate 10 into "The Yellowhammer State," Alabama. Upon our arrival in Theodore, we stop at Bellingrath Gardens and Home for touring. Bellingrath Gardens and Home is the 65-acre public garden and historic home of Walter and Bessie Bellingrath. One of the first Coca-Cola bottlers in the Southeast, Walter Bellingrath, earned his fortune and built the estate garden and home. Mr. & Mrs. Bellingrath lived in the home that has since been converted into a museum. The garden was first opened to the public in 1934, and the home in 1956 and features all of its original furnishings. The garden celebrates floral pageantry in a Southern estate garden that showcases beautiful, seasonal blooms year-round that range from camellias, to azaleas, roses to chrysanthemums, to name a few. Enjoy your time at Bellingrath Gardens & Homes and revel in the nature's beauty! Next we continue onto Mobile, Alabama and arrive at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park for touring and lunch. A National Historic Landmark, the battleship USS Alabama is a war veteran of World War II. It survived 37 months of the war without any major casualties. Today, it serves as a war memorial. Enjoy a self-guided tour inside the crew's quarters and engine rooms. Your battleship experience is a memorable way to connect to the bravery of the soldiers of World War II! Later we return to our casino resort where tonight will be your last chance to test your luck, roll the dice, and enjoy the thrill of winning at the myriad of gaming choices at the casino. Tonight, dinner is on your own.
