Come join Gunther Tours for an exciting day of exploration and discovery at the Museum of the Bible, the newest addition to the remarkable group of world class museums found in Washington, D.C.  Located just two blocks from the National Mall and three blocks from the nation’s Capital, the 430,000-square-foot Museum of the Bible will amaze you from the moment you enter through the 40-foot-tall bronze doors at the entrance to the roof-top garden and restaurant, and everything in-between.  Floor by floor you are invited to explore and experience the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible through the use of cutting-edge technology.  The Museum has three permanent sections, space for temporary exhibits, libraries, a children’s area, gift shop, a 500-seat theater and much more.  Generously, several of the world’s most prominent private collections of biblical objects and artifacts have contributed to the creation of the Museum collections.  We spend 3-hours at the Museum of the Bible.  Prior to visiting the Museum of the Bible, we enjoy a delicious lunch at Saints Paradise Cafeteria, a southern and soul restaurant where “love is the main ingredient”.
