Day 1

Welcome Aboard! Travel in comfort aboard our deluxe motor coach towards "The Volunteer State," Tennessee. Soon you will discover yourself why Nashville, is fittingly called "Music City, U.S.A.". Meanwhile relax, enjoy the changing scenery and have fun with onboard activities as we travel west. Before checking into the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Knoxville, Tennessee for the night, we are treated to dinner at a Cracker Barrel restaurant. A $20.00 gift card is provided for you.


Day 2

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for Nashville, Tennessee. Upon our arrival, we climb aboard the General Jackson Showboat, an authentic paddlewheel riverboat, for a 2-hour lunch cruise down the Cumberland River that includes an entertaining country music variety show. Following our cruise, we depart for our accommodations for the next two nights at the Drury Inn & Suites, a perennial favorite of Gunther Tours. Later we are treated to a Pizza Party with salad and soft drinks before departing for an evening performance at the Grand Ole Opry. Don't be surprise if you see one of your favorite Grand Ole Opry members such as Connie Smith, Marty Stuart, Jeannie Seely, Bill Anderson, Pam Tillis, or Lorrie Morgan, performing tonight.

Day 3

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for historic RCA Studio B for an up-close look at Nashville's oldest remaining recording studio where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Charlie Pride recorded some of their classic hits. Learn the secrets of how each artist recorded their chart-topping music in this famous studio and hear some great classic country music. Next, we meet our step-on guide, and depart for a tour of Nashville. We will learn about Nashville's colorful history and beautiful architecture, drive by the Tennessee State Capitol, world famous Music Row, and through a residential area viewing the homes of country music royalty, as well as the Governor's Mansion. Following our tour, we visit downtown Nashville for shopping and lunch on your own. Here, you will find an exciting nightclub scene offering honky-tonk bars, including world famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, restaurants, local stores, shops, and boutiques, all conveniently located within walking distance of each other. Later, we return to our hotel where you will have time to sit, relax and freshen up before going out for dinner and entertainment at the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater. We'll enjoy 'Nashville's #1 Dinner Show', where you'll enjoy hearing the country classics you love, and the latest hits from Country's biggest stars!

Day 4

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. To provide you with the best possible tour experience we have included the official audio guide to bring history to life and tell the story of America's music. Bill Cody, WSM radio personality takes you on a tour through the different eras of country music and shares with you behind-the-scenes stories, insider tips, personal memories and more. Following our tour, we depart for the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch take a pleasurable Delta River Flatboat ride on the scenic indoor river, which is included. Finally, be amazed and delighted while leisurely exploring the Gaylord Opryland Hotel on a self-guided tour of this Nashville landmark under its majestic, climate-controlled glass atriums, surrounded by nine acres of lush indoor gardens, winding rivers and pathways, and sparkling waterfalls. Experience charming southern hospitality and marvel at the many wonders of this extraordinary hotel and the elaborate décor surrounding you. Next settle back, relax and enjoy the scenery on our drive across eastern Tennessee to our overnight accommodations in Knoxville, Tennessee at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Dinner is on your own.

After a buffet breakfast, we depart for home taking with us amazing memories of America's "Music City, U.S.A.", it's remarkable history, incredible hand-clappin', toe-tappin' contributions to the diverse American music scene, and thrill of Nashville's fun and entertaining attractions!
