Christmas in Bethlehem & The Radio City Rockettes

Day 1

Welcome Aboard! Join Gunther Tours for a fun-filled get-away filled with sightseeing, shopping, entertainment and holiday cheer! We begin our tour by taking our reserved seats at the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for their holiday production of "The First Noel". "The First Noel" is American Music Theatre's original show, featuring the secular and sacred holiday songs you know and love, with all-live performances by a sensational cast of singers and dancers, as well as the remarkable American Music Theatre Orchestra. Backdrops of beautiful snowcap mountains, combined with child-like joy, cherished yuletide stories, and the spirit of love, bring out the soul and good will of your favorite holiday sights and sounds on stage! After the show we are treated to a delicious smorgasbord lunch at Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania. Following lunch, we travel to "Christmas City," Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, located in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania, and check into the Wind Creek Casino Bethlehem for the next two nights. Relax and indulge yourself in your first-class accommodations and the exceptional amenities that surround you at the hotel. Day 2

After breakfast, (a $15.00 food voucher is provided for breakfast), we meet our step-on guide, and depart for a tour of Bethlehem. While we view some of Bethlehem's most significant landmarks our guide will share stories of the people and places that made Bethlehem a city known for its rich colonial and industrial history. Included on our tour will be a visit to The Moravian Museum of Bethlehem, designated a National Historic Landmark. Discover the remarkable stories behind Bethlehem's founders, including early Moravian medicinal practices, communal living, missionary work, and a progressive educational system. The Moravian Museum of Bethlehem complex includes some of the most important and oldest buildings in the Lehigh Valley. Next, you will see a Christmas Community Putz. The Christmas Putz is a retelling of the Nativity story through miniatures. The figures in the Christmas Community Putz, many of them antiques of German origin, are displayed amidst live moss, driftwood and rocks. After lunch on your own we will visit one of the top holiday markets in the world, Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem. The market features aisles of exquisite handmade works created by some of the nation's finest artisans, hear the heart-warming sounds of live holiday music, and enjoy authentic German and Austrian food and much, much more! Following our visit at the Christkindlmarkt, we return to the Wind Creek Casino Bethlehem. Tonight, enjoy dinner at your leisure and the excitement of all of the best table games and slot machines! Day 3

After breakfast, (a $15.00 food voucher is provided for breakfast), we depart for America's most exciting metropolis, New York City for a day filled with entertainment, shopping, sightseeing, and yuletide cheer! Enjoy shopping on 5th Avenue, view amazing holiday window displays, and visit Rockefeller Center to see the spectacular holiday decorations, including the iconic Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center. This afternoon we take our reserved seats at Radio City Music Hall for their holiday production of the "Radio City Christmas Spectacular", starring the world-famous Radio City Rockettes. Enjoy an unparalleled show featuring the Rockettes signature eye high kicks, and precision choreography in multiple show stopping numbers including; the legendary "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers," and "New York at Christmas," a dynamic holiday celebration. Later settle back and enjoy a holiday themed movie on our drive home, while reflecting on your Bethlehem get-away filled with holiday history and tradition, wonderful sights, dazzling lights, the inspirational musical sounds of the yuletide season and the Radio City Rockettes!
