Travel today to the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in America’s most exciting metropolis, New York City, and spend a delightful afternoon with the cast of “TINA” – The Tina Turner Musical.  From humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, to her transformation into the global Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Tina Turner didn’t just break the rules, she rewrote them!  Presented in association with Tina Turner herself, this new stage musical reveals the untold story of a woman who dared to defy the bounds of her age, gender and race.  Born Anna Mae Bullock in 1939, Tina Turner rose to fame in the 1960s alongside her husband Ike Turner.  She later reveals in her autobiography that she suffered domestic abuse at his hands – they separated in 1976 and divorced two years later.  Turner later made a massive comeback in the 1980s.  As the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll Tina Turner is one of the world’s best-selling artists of all time, has won 11 Grammy awards, and her live shows have been seen by millions, with more concert tickets sold than any other solo performer in music history.  Featuring hit songs like “What’s Love Got to Do With It”, “Private Dancer”, “Better Be Good To Me” and more, TINA” is “A Celebration of Triumph Over Adversity”The Guardian.  Before the show enjoy a delicious authentic family-style Italian lunch at Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant, located on West 45th Street, right between the Good Morning America studio and Times Square.  “TINA” is presented at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre with Orchestra Seats(L)
