Spend an afternoon with the legendary performers The Drifters, The Platters, and Cornell Gunter’s CoastersThe Platters recorded just under 400 songs, have sold 80 million records, performed in over 91 countries, and have received over two hundred and thirty awards from around the world.  They are known for the following songs: “Only You,” “Smoke Gets in Your Eyes,” “My Prayer,” “The Great Pretender,” “Twilight Time,” and “The Magic Touch”The Drifters originally known as The Five Crowns, with singer Charlie Thomas had their first release in 1959 with “There Goes My Baby”.  Their music has traveled the world and remains popular today.  The Coasters are an American rhythm and blues/rock and roll vocal group that had a string of hits in the late 1950s.  Although the Coasters originated outside of mainstream Doo Wop, their records were so frequently imitated that they became an important part of the Doo Wop legacy through the 1960s!  Before the show enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at Arthur’s Terrace, at the Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
