DDay 2
After breakfast meet our step-on guide for a sightseeing tour of Cleveland. Discover how this vibrant city seamlessly blends exciting new attractions with the charm and elegance of its historic landmarks. Highlights include the impressive Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, dedicated to the men and women who served during the Civil War, and the magnificent buildings of the 1903 Cleveland Group Plan. Designed in the Beaux-Arts architectural style with elegant Neoclassical details surrounding a grand central mall, this area remains one of the finest examples of America's City Beautiful Movement. Along the way, you will also see how many of these historic buildings have been creatively repurposed, including a former department store that is now a casino and a historic bank transformed into a modern grocery market. Next, experience one of America's premier attractions with a visit to the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Enjoy a self-guided tour through this spectacular 150,000-square-foot museum featuring seven floors of exhibits, five theaters, and an ever-changing collection of music history. See the world's largest collection of Beatles memorabilia, the largest collection of Elvis Presley artifacts outside of Graceland, Michael Jackson's iconic sequined glove and stage costumes, Janis Joplin's colorful psychedelic Porsche, and countless other treasures celebrating the artists who shaped rock and roll. Listen to hundreds of unforgettable songs spanning from the 1920s through the 2000s as you relive the soundtrack of generations. Lunch is on your own at The Café, conveniently located on Level 1 near the gift shop, offering a variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and light meals. This afternoon, we make a stop in Cleveland's charming Little Italy, where you will receive a tasty Italian Pastry before returning to the hotel. After time to relax and freshen up, we head to Progressive Field for an exciting Major League Baseball game between the Baltimore Orioles and the Cleveland Guardians. Our premium Club-level reserved seats along the first-base line provide outstanding views of the field, scoreboard, and the Cleveland skyline. Your Club ticket also includes access to the exclusive Club Lounge, where complimentary ballpark favorites and non-alcoholic beverages are included throughout the game, making for an unforgettable evening at the ballpark.
B, DDay 3
After breakfast we depart for one of America's most celebrated sports attractions - the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Enjoy a self-guided tour through this world-renowned museum, where interactive exhibits, historic artifacts, and inspiring displays pay tribute to the players, coaches, and contributors who have left a lasting legacy on the game of professional football. Discover the remarkable stories behind the legends whose achievements have shaped the sport and inspired generations of fans. Following our visit, we begin our journey home with a delicious box lunch included for the ride. As we travel home, reflect on the wonderful memories made during our getaway to "The Buckeye State," from the rich history of Cleveland and the excitement of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame to an unforgettable evening at the ballpark and a visit to the legendary Pro Football Hall of Fame.
