Next, continue on to historic Taneytown, Maryland, where we will stop at the Stone House Cakery and Café, located in the heart of Carroll County. Your dining adventure begins with a fresh garden salad in this cozy and inviting café. Our next stop is the elegant Antrim 1844 & Restaurant, a carefully restored antebellum style inn. Settle in and enjoy a delicious entrée served in the grandeur of this historic plantation setting, complete with award-winning hospitality. After lunch, travel back in time with a visit to the Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster. Explore the main house and its scenic grounds, stroll through the beautifully maintained old-fashioned garden, and discover rural 19th century farm life.
