Day 1

Welcome Aboard! Travel comfortably aboard our deluxe motor coach as we journey toward "The Volunteer State," Tennessee. Along the way, discover why Nashville, Tennessee is fittingly known as "Music City, U.S.A." Sit back, relax, and enjoy the changing scenery along with fun onboard activities as we travel west. This evening, before checking into the Drury Inn & Suites in Knoxville, Tennessee, enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2

After breakfast we depart for Nashville, Tennessee. Upon arrival, we meet our step-on guide and set out on a city tour. Discover Nashville's colorful history, striking architecture, and hidden treasures that make "Music City, U.S.A." so unique. Following the tour, we head to downtown Nashville for lunch on your own at Assembly Food Hall - a lively, European-style marketplace featuring dozens of food vendors, craft cocktails, live music, and the popular Skydeck rooftop venue. Enjoy a vibrant culinary and entertainment experience right in the heart of the city. After lunch, we visit the Broadway Historic District. Explore and experience the energy of Broadway's famous honky-tonks, including the world-renowned Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, along with a variety of restaurants, local shops, and boutiques - all conveniently located within walking distance. Later, we check into the Drury Inn & Suites, our home for the next two nights. After settling in, relax and enjoy the hotel's Manager's Reception, featuring complimentary hot food and cold beverages, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Afterwards, retire to your room for a restful night's sleep.

Day 3

After breakfast we step into the world of country music as we enjoy a guided backstage tour of the legendary Grand Ole Opry. Walk in the footsteps of country superstars and see where incredible music is made each week for a national audience. Our knowledgeable guide will share insider stories of the Opry House - its rich history, iconic performers, and the stage that is home to the unbroken Circle. Go behind the scenes to explore dressing rooms, stand in the famous center stage circle, and experience Nashville's premier country music venue from a performer's perspective. Later, we climb aboard the General Jackson Showboat, an authentic paddlewheel riverboat, for a lunch cruise along the scenic Cumberland River. Enjoy a delicious meal as you take in the views, followed by a lively country music variety show that captures the spirit and sound of Nashville. After our cruise, we return to our hotel to relax and freshen up. Dinner is on your own this evening, with several options available within walking distance, including both casual and full-service restaurants, or you may choose to take advantage of the hotel's Manager's Reception. Following dinner, we attend an unforgettable performance at the Grand Ole Opry. For 100 years, this longest-running live radio show in history has been a cornerstone of country music, delighting audiences with its dynamic blend of performances that celebrate the genre's rich past, vibrant present, and exciting future.

Day 4

After breakfast we depart for Memphis, Tennessee - known as the "Home of the Blues" and the "Birthplace of Rock and Roll." Upon arrival at Graceland, a lunch voucher is included for use at either Gladys' Diner or Vernon's Smokehouse. After lunch, we visit Graceland, the famed home of Elvis Presley. Highlights of our visit include touring his mansion, original business office, trophy building, and the Meditation Garden, where Elvis and members of his family have been laid to rest. We conclude our experience by boarding Elvis' private jet, "The Lisa Marie." This evening, enjoy a savory dinner at Central BBQ, one of Memphis' favorite destinations for authentic, flavor-packed barbecue with a soulful Southern twist. After dinner, we continue to our Hampton Inn & Suites for check-in and a relaxing evening. Settle in and enjoy a good night's sleep after a memorable day exploring the sights and sounds of Memphis.

Day 5

After breakfast we depart for Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, for a guided tour of Loretta Lynn's Ranch - one of the state's top attractions. Spanning 3,500 scenic acres, the ranch of legendary country music icon Loretta Lynn is nestled among the rolling hills of rural Tennessee. Highlights include a guided tour of her former home, a 14-room Civil War-era plantation mansion built in the Greek Revival antebellum style, along with visits to a simulated coal mine and a replica of her childhood home in Butcher Holler. You may also explore the Frontier Homestead, the Fan and Doll Museum, and the Native American Artifact Museum on your own. For those who enjoy shopping, a variety of unique gift shops await, including the Plantation Shop, Western Store, Lady Loretta Boutique, and the Grist Mill Gift Shop. We will then enjoy a delicious country lunch at Loretta Lynn's Kitchen before continuing to Knoxville, Tennessee for our overnight stay at the comfortable Drury Inn & Suites. A quick-service dinner will be on your own en route.

After breakfast we depart for home, taking with us wonderful memories of Nashville, Tennessee - "Music City, U.S.A." - its remarkable history, and its incredible, hand-clappin', toe-tappin' contributions to America's diverse music scene. From the unique thrill of honky-tonkin' in Nashville to our special musical journey to Memphis, Tennessee, including a visit to Graceland, the famed home of Elvis Presley, and Loretta Lynn's Ranch celebrating the life and legacy of Loretta Lynn, this journey has been filled with unforgettable experiences. Today's lunch is included at The Pink Cadillac Diner, a classic 1950s-style diner known for its fun, nostalgic atmosphere. Surrounded by its bubblegum-pink exterior, neon lights, jukebox, vintage signage, and Elvis memorabilia, enjoy a delicious meal while stepping back in time. Be sure to snap a photo with the iconic pink Cadillac before continuing home. As our tour comes to a close, we return home enriched by the music, history, and Southern charm that made this journey truly unforgettable.
